Short version. BombPot does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use a small amount of your browser's local storage to keep you in your seat and remember your preferences. Nothing here follows you around the web.

1. What we store on your device

Session token — so you can rejoin your seat after a refresh or reconnect.
Agreement record — the version of the Terms/Privacy you accepted, and when.
Preferences — sound, animation speed, reduced-motion, and haptics settings.

These live in local storage, not cookies, and are not sent to advertisers.

2. Strictly necessary vs. optional

The session token and agreement record are strictly necessary to run the game and record your consent. Preferences are optional conveniences. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. If we ever add analytics, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent first.

3. Managing it

You can clear this data anytime by clearing your browser's site data for BombPot. Doing so will sign you out of any seat and reset your preferences and consent record (you'll be asked to agree again).
