BombPot's software, graphics, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or redistributed except as allowed by the Terms of Service.

2. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on BombPot infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at informationignite@gmail.com including all of the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512):

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it.
• Your contact information (address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act.

3. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the information required by the DMCA. We may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe.
